What I need to do, and where I currently am.

WHAT TO DO:

10. cross media study analysis

In the past few weeks I've looked into different genre of music to see what genre i want my band to be. we got into groups and me and my group, chose to work with post grunge. we looked at various different post grunge bands and music and narrowed it down to a few which we like and will choose from. I did some music video analysis and looked at Eminem, Sam Smith, and Five Finger Death Punch, and will look to do more within my genre soon. I have looked at what my band will look like roughly, and the audience in which their music is targeting. i gave a rough idea on what my band will be like, and what type of music they play. I started analysing Jay-Z 99 problems but haven't completed it to a goods standard.

This next week i will be finishing all the video analysis's and the ones i have already done i will improve them and relate them back to goodwins theory as i haven't really done that. i will do all my research tasks, so for example, research the history of music videos, post-modernism, culture industry, cross media study analysism and music video director study. After this i am going to see what else i have to complete on this list and  try to complete it all.
